**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help elevate our digital products to the next level. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually stunning designs. You'll be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance usability and drive engagement.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
2. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
3. Develop high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
5. Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards.
6. Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across products.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and advocate for their integration into our design process.
8. Present design proposals and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.

Responsibilities:
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (4+ years) as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
5. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into the design process.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
8. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
