**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to spearhead the design efforts for our cutting-edge products. As the Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of designers, driving the design vision, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Lead and mentor a team of product designers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

6. Ensure consistency across products by establishing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and best practices.
7. Present design proposals and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and advocate for their integration into our design process.

Responsibilities:
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (4+ years) as a lead designer, managing design teams and delivering successful products from concept to launch.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications, with an emphasis on user-centered design principles.
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs.
6. Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
7. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into the design process.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
